SIMULCAST TRAINING EVENT, SEPTEMBER 27, 2008 9:00AM-4:30PM

 You are invited to be a part of Focus on the Family's, The Truth Project. This DVD based comprehensive Christian worldview classroom experience is led by the President of the Focus on the Family Institute, Dr. Del Tackett.  Designed for "small groups," the scriptural based twelve lessons explore Pontius Pilate's question, "What is truth?" Other questions include:  Who is man?  Who is God? Is there evil in the world?  It explores the Holy Trinity and God's imprint on man, family, church and government. "In every area of life, God has spoken."   It tells of the "American Experiment," and the Christian worldview of our founding fathers forming a new nation based on Biblical principles. Sadly there is a "cosmic battle" which rages around us that has caused our nation to stray far from its foundations.  The Truth Project leads us to "gaze upon the face of God" which will expose truth about ourselves and our culture and cause us, like Isaiah, to say "Here am I, send me."

Prepare yourself to bring The Truth Project to small groups in your church by attending the September 27, 2008 nationally televised Truth Project Simulcast  at First Baptist Church, Broad Street, Burlington, North Carolina.  This is an all-day training event led by Dr. Del Tackett. Participants will receive the 12 DVD s and will learn to host The Truth Project in a small group setting.  Reservations are made by purchasing tickets.  The current early bird special  is $99 for one person and $129 per married couple. At the Door they are $119 per person and $149 per couple.

Personal testimony: This is one of the most ambitious undertakings of Focus on the Family in its history. It has the potential of bringing revival in America. Having been excited about the Truth Project since 2005, I stand amazed at the high quality of this in-depth, God glorifying, multimedia experience.  I have been deeply moved and drawn closer to God in this comprehensive and systematic study of Christian worldview and of the gospel truth about God and man and the world.
