FBC INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

In the event of inclement weather, we will follow these guidelines:

 

Wednesdays:
We will follow the Alamance-Burlington School System schedule regarding Wednesday activities.  If the school system is closed, our church activities will not meet. 

Sundays:
On Sunday mornings, our 9:00 FirstLight worship service will be cancelled.  For information about Sunday School and the 11:00 worship service, you may tune to WFMY-TV (Alamance Cable channel 9, or www.digtriad.com) to see if there is a cancellation.  Our announcements will be posted as “First Baptist Burlington, Broad Street” under the church listings.

If the 11:00 a.m. Worship Service is cancelled, we will make every effort to broadcast a previous program or service over the radio.  Services are broadcast each week on WBAG, 1150 AM.

Please note that anytime a decision is made to cancel activities, the building will be closed and all activities will be cancelled. This is to ensure safety and security.
